Wizard Of Oz: Over The Rainbow

Over the rainbow
Lies a special place
A place that is colorful
Like the rainbow itself
A magical place
With munchkins, witches and wizards
Lions in a forest
Tin Mans that rust
Scarecrows that don’t scare

Over the rainbow
A place where horses change colors
Monkeys that fly
And danger lurks
But most important of all
It’s a place where you can make friends
Where you can find yourself
Where you can learn
To believe in yourself
Just over the rainbow

It’s been so long since I’ve written a poem. I miss it but a lot of the time I find it hard to be inspired to write one. I’m still writing a couple of stories plus doing photography. It would just be nice to get back into poems again.
